1) Abstracts Criteria:
a) Abstract Content:
- The Abstract should include : Title/Authors/Affiliations/Background & Aim/ Methods/Results/Conclusion/Keywords
b) Abstract Format:
- Abstract should be written in English.
- Abstract Word Count: 300.
- Font Type: Times New Roman
- Font Size: Title (20), Authors/Affiliations (14) and Body (12).
2) Clinical Challenging Cases Criteria:
a) Submitter age: Less than 40 years
b) The case should include:
-Introduction of clinical problem
-Diagnostic modalities
-Differential diagnosis
-Treatment option
-Short discussion and conclusion
3) Intervention Challenging Cases Criteria:
a) Submitter age: Less than 40 years
b) The case should include:
-Introduction of clinical problem
-Diagnostic modalities
-Differential diagnosis
-Treatment option
-Short discussion and conclusion
c) There will be 3 types of intervention Challenging Cases:
- Not to Do
-Worst Scenario Best Achievement
-Complications
Please note that: Review articles and published articles are not accepted.
1) Oral Abstract Presentation :
- You will present your abstract in the hall as a part of the Scientific Sessions.
- There will be an Evaluation Session for the abstracts and the best abstract will win a prize that will be announced in the Gala Dinner.
2) E-poster Abstract Presentation:
-You will present your abstract in 10 mins at the E-poster area, Exhibition Area.
-There will be an Evaluation Session for the E-poster Abstracts and the best abstract will win a prize that will be announced in the Gala Dinner.
3) Intervention/Clinical Challenging Cases:
-you will Present your case ( PowerPoint Presentation) in the hall as a part of the Scientific Sessions.
-There will be an Evaluation Session for the Cases and the Case (from each Submission Type) will win a prize that will be announced in the Gala Dinner.
4) Master's/PhD thesis will be presented and evaluated during the conference and there will be a prize for the Best Thesis in an Honorary Session.
5) The Conference offers free registration for all types of accepted submissions.
